Privacy notice
This notice explains how Matriz Portátil processes personal data on this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
What we collect, and why
We do not store user accounts, do not use cookies, and do not track users across sites. Two narrow data flows exist:
- Anonymous analytics. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure aggregate traffic and page performance. These tools are cookie-less and do not identify individual visitors. Collected: page path, country, device type, anonymised performance metrics. Retention: as defined by Vercel (currently 30 days for analytics).
- Chat messages. When you use the on-page chat assistant, your message is forwarded to Google's Gemini API to generate a reply. Google processes the message under their terms; we do not retain the conversation on our infrastructure. Lawful basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, performance of a service you requested. Do not include personal data, secrets, or confidential information in chat messages.

Matriz Portátil is the data controller. For any GDPR request (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection), contact us at main@matrizport.com. We will reply within 30 days.
Recipients and transfers
The website is hosted on Vercel infrastructure (EU and US edge locations). Chat messages are processed by Google (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) via the Gemini API. Both providers offer GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the Portuguese supervisory authority: www.cnpd.pt.
